PACA PEACE RANCH is committed

Many volunteers have offered
their time and talents to make Paca Peace a reality.
Paca Peace Ranch has a Board from the Westcliffe and Cotopaxi Colorado
areas, which helps decide how the year-long program can be effective
and fun. The Paca Peace Ranch welcomes volunteers of all ages to help
with the care of the alpacas and to share their interests and abilities
with the program.
OUR STAFF
The
volunteer Ranch Manager for Paca Peace Ranch is Robert C. Hill (Bob)
who was raised on a livestock farm in central Iowa, and he graduated
from Iowa State University in agriculture. He was a Professional Farm
Manager, Rural Appraiser, and Agricultural Consultant for 38 years
at the National Bank and Trust Company of Sycamore, Illinois. Bob
carries the titles of AFM retired and AAC retired. He and his wife,
Sue, have had 5 children, three of whom live in Colorado full time
or part time.

The volunteer
Program Manager for Paca Peace Ranch is Susann R. Hill (Sue) is a retired school counselor. She graduated
from Iowa State University in Home Economics with a teacher's certificate
for grades 9-12. She expanded her credentials to K-8 certification
and in 1995 completed her masters of education in School Counseling.
As a graduate student, Sue did research on restoring dignity in children.
Her work was published in a national counseling journal, and she has
given presentations at the Illinois and National Counseling conventions.
